I haven’t received my Returns and Exchanges Authorization Code. What do I do?
Oh no! First thing: do not panic. Remember it can take a couple of days to get to you. If it’s been longer that that, there are a couple of things that could be happening:
a. Check your Spam folder. You and I both know we're not spam but hey, sometimes email providers like to hurt our feelings this way.
b. If the email is nowhere to be found (Spam folder checked and all), then Contact Us ASAP and let us know. Your request might have not gone through, we might have made a mistake… the possibilities are endless but we want to make this right!
