We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to return or exchange goods, our acceptable return time is to provide a refund and replacement service within 30 days from the receive the items. Returns are not accepted 30 days after you receive the items. Please contact us and we will give you return or exchange address.
Refunds (if applicable)

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
